Consortium licence

A consortium can buy VIBE resources for use across multiple delivery sites and institutions. The consortium licence allows the VIBE to be purchased by a lead institution and rolled out to all other sites delivering qualifications in that sector.

An annual site licence will be required by each institution and delivery site within the consortium wanting access to the VIBE.

 

One-off product cost £1,500 includes:

  • VIBE resource
  • Free site licences for the first year (usually £150) allowing unlimited access to the institutions in your consortium 
  • Access to supplementary VIBE information on website and email support
  • Access to the VIBE forums and online resources.

  • For a limited time only, site licences for the first year are free (normal price £150 per institution)

Optional extras:

  • Bespoke training

As an optional add-on we offer bespoke training in how to make the most of the VIBE once you’ve purchased it. For the price of £500, a VIBE trainer who is a specialist in your chosen sector will come to your consortium and deliver a half day training event that covers:

·         how to use, navigate and save resources into the VIBE
·         how it can be integrated into the learning journey of a student
·         the scope of the resource, activities and coverage of relevant qualifications
·         how it can be used in other learning scenarios.

Security

  • To ensure the protection of the VIBE, customers will be given a site licence ‘key’ (a unique product activation code which can be used to release and activate an individual copy of an encrypted software product) for each site where the VIBE is used which unlocks the resource for use by that site. You are not permitted to share the unique site licence ‘key’ code with other institutions or users.
